I decided to upload this piece without the overlay. it shows the colors more. I just wanted to share this one also. I like both and like children can not choose a favorite.

-- War is not healthy for children and other living things ... ~peace, love and groovy stuff~ [link] See I thought so. I thought the first one was better because of the mutted effect. But what do I know...

Because it's not as muted and those colors pop out, you get more of a sense that you could walk through that circle and be someplace completely different. In the first one, it just seemed a little more like looking through a window into the same desert (which isn't a bad thing either, I just like the whole fantasy idea of being able to walk through an arch and wind up someplace completely different, I guess. Hehe). Awesome job either way, I really like these two! -- Thank you for the comment. I really cant decide I lean towards the muted one maybe cause of the problems I am having in my personal life.
I am going through some health problems. Any way a lot of my art leans toward the dark side. this is a rare piece that I didn't use a lot of overlays. I tend to use at least 3 sometimes more. I have heard That it gives my art a very eerie feel. Oh well all artist are different. Thats what make dA such a great place...Thanks again.Comments help artist grow and controversy is a good thing... -- I am one of the co-founders of *Artistic-Maneuvers An admin at =Dark-Arts-Asylum visit me in room # 251 Lots-o-stock can be had at [link] Our home away from home |
